Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS or USPS with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

UPS and USPS Shipment Transit Times

Note: Keep in mind that we only ship UPS Ground within the 48 states.

That excludes Hawaii and Alaska. Sorry :(

  • Purchases made after 4PM PST will be shipped next day.

  • There may be a 1 day delay during holiday season because we are still humans!

  • Express and Priority Mail have priority status over standard purchases.

  • USPS Priority Express : 1 Business Day Delivery.

  • USPS Priority Mail : 2 - 3 Business Day Delivery.

  • UPS Ground : 2 - 5 Business Days

Returns

  1. Login to your account.

  2. Click on My Merchandise Return.

  3. Follow the steps to create an RMA to return your purchase.

  4. If the RMA is confusing or not working, please email us and we will respond in a timely manner.
